Unfortunately, Hurricane Michelle cut our time short this year, but we managed to cram quite a bit of fun into the few days that we had. It was a major disappointment to hear of the mandatory evacuation order that came through on Sat Nov 3. At first no one (including myself) seemed to take it seriously, but after our hotels starting telling us we had to leave, it sunk in pretty hard. But I can't complain about all the great music we heard, especially Jim Morris and the Big Bambo Band. Can't wait for MOTM 2002... | ||
Here we are enjoying the simply spectacular view from Rob and Ally's free condo they won in the MOTM raffle during MOTM 2000 |
